You’re that rare mix of creative and disciplined. You love making things look good and make sense. You probably have a folder full of fonts you never use, an opinion about good typography, and a soft spot for software that helps divers and coaches do what they love.

If you already know what a dive sheet is—or can explain “105C” without Googling—you’re ahead of the game.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Meet weekly with the Dive Live team to understand what’s new and why it matters.

  • Turn updates into clear, eye-catching product announcements, social posts, and short tutorial videos.

  • Learn the Dive Live app inside and out so you can demonstrate features like a pro.

  • Keep our tone consistent: friendly, confident, and focused—like a diver before take-off.

  • Collaborate directly with leadership—create, review, and hit “Send.”

What You Bring

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe, Canva, or Paint.NET).

  • Familiarity with video editing (Clipchamp, iMovie, CapCut, etc.).

  • Solid writing and grammar—you can explain a feature without sounding robotic.

  • Bonus points for experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.

  • A self-starter mindset—you teach yourself new tools and keep things simple.

  • You own your gear and licensed software.

Perks

Work from anywhere on the planet, on your own schedule, with people who love diving and creativity as much as you do. You’ll help shape how thousands of divers, coaches, and parents learn about new features and updates—every week.

Help Divers Find Their Perfect Camp (And Get Paid to Do It!)

You’ve spent years on deck. You know the smell of chlorine in the morning, and you can list a few legendary diving coaches without checking your phone. Maybe you’re a former diver, a coach, or the proud parent of one—but either way, you get this world. You’ve been to meets, sat through rain delays, packed protein bars, and cheered through prelims. You know what Ripfest is. You know that diving isn’t just a sport—it’s a tribe.

You’re also that rare mix of warm and organized. You can juggle Google Sheets and Mailchimp with grace, write emails that don’t make people cringe, and keep track of deadlines without anyone breathing down your neck. You’re the kind of person who sends out reminders before someone has to ask.

Here’s What You’ll Actually Do

  • Reach out to club diving coaches who are hosting camps or clinics and gather key info.

  • Keep our camp database tidy and current with dates, links, and contacts.

  • Send a monthly email update to divers, parents, and coaches—helping the community stay informed and excited about upcoming camps.

You’ll have weekly check-ins with the team to stay aligned and supported, but you’ll work mostly on your own schedule. This isn’t a sales job—this is about connection, clarity, and consistency.

How You’ll Be Paid (And Perks You’ll Love)

You’ll earn bonuses for every camp you add, every diver who clicks through or signs up, and every email blast you send. No clocking in or logging hours—just real contributions that help real people (and get you paid).

You can do this from anywhere. At any time. In your lucky team hoodie, even. You’ll start by helping us set up the foundation—templates, systems, and processes—and then maintain it all with just a few hours a month.

Must-Haves (Seriously, We Mean It)

  • You have 2+ years of experience in the club diving world (USA Diving, AAU, etc.)

  • You’ve attended, coached, or sent a child to a diving camp.

  • You’re tech-savvy and fluent in email, spreadsheets, and simple design tools.

  • You can write like a human—friendly, clear, and typo-free.

If this sounds like your jam, we’d love to hear from you. Help us keep the diving world connected, informed, and a little more awesome.

Build. Break. Verify. Repeat.

If you love making software bulletproof—and you also know the difference between a front 1½ and a back 2½—this might be your dream gig.

You’ll be our guardian of reliability, helping ensure the Dive Live platform runs smoothly for divers, coaches, and fans around the world. You’ll use a mix of automated tests and hands-on experimentation to make sure everything from event scoring to leaderboard updates performs flawlessly (and fast).

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Build an arsenal of automated tests using Python, Selenium, or your favorite framework to simulate real user behavior.

  • Perform manual testing across web and mobile to confirm everything works in the wild.

  • Review ticket notes and testing scenarios to create modular unit and integration tests.

  • Recreate real-world diving meet situations—like starting an event, adding scores, scratching a diver, and confirming that the leaderboard marks them with an “S.”

  • Collaborate with developers to ensure new features launch with confidence and existing ones stay stable.

What You Bring

  • Experience with automated testing tools (Python, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of QA principles—test planning, bug tracking, and regression testing.

  • Comfort using your own setup (laptop, mobile devices, etc.) to test both frontend and backend behavior.

  • Self-starter mindset: you’re organized, detail-oriented, and can teach yourself what you don’t yet know.

  • (Bonus) Familiarity with diving—because knowing what a “scratched diver” means helps more than you’d think.

Perks

🌎 100% Remote
🕐 Flexible hours
💻 Use your own tools and preferred stack
💬 Collaborate with a team that actually cares about its users
🤿 Work in a world of dives, not deposits or plastics

Bring Dive Live to the Grassroots of Diving

You’re that person who can talk to anyone—coaches, parents, lifeguards, or that one dad who can’t tie his daughter’s hair tie. You love the sport, especially at its most joyful level: summer league. You know that for many young divers, these are their first meets—the ones they’ll remember forever.

As our Summer League Liaison, you’ll help bring Dive Live to these programs by introducing them to live results, instant video, and a smoother meet experience. You’ll help coaches and parents make competitions fun, organized, and unforgettable.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Search for summer diving leagues and clubs across the country.

  • Reach out by email, phone, or social media to introduce Dive Live.

  • Schedule and conduct demos—show how we can make their meets better.

  • Learn how each club operates: their rules, scoring methods, and traditions.

  • Collect team details, logos, and pool information for onboarding.

  • Submit proposals, train new users, and relay tricky questions to our tech team.

Basically—Google, email, call, demo, listen, and help.

Required Skills

  • Outgoing, conversational, and genuinely curious.

  • Excellent listener—be interested rather than interesting.

  • Punctual and responsive to emails, calls, and messages.

  • Comfortable giving demos and talking about software.

  • Familiar with the diving world—especially beginner or summer-league programs.

Compensation & Perks

💰 Commission-based with a stipend or startup rate.
🌎 Work remotely, from wherever you are.
🕐 Flexible hours—you manage your time.
🎯 Rewarding work connecting with the next generation of divers.

You’ll earn commissions by finding and signing up new summer leagues—and the satisfaction of helping diving families have their best first-season experience.
